Jackson Lucas Partners with Personal Salary

 

Jackson Lucas announced its formal partnership with Personal Salary, the largest technology platform providing pay transparency to commercial real estate (CRE). This partnership allows Jackson Lucas to provide its clients with in-depth compensation consulting and prospective candidates with instantaneous compensation benchmarking.
 
Personal Salary maintains a database of over 3,000 highly curated real estate professionals across all positions, geographies, company sizes, and asset types. The proprietary technology provides respondents with up-to-date, real-time pay transparency. Respondents complete a 2-minute survey and then receive a detailed compensation report, broken down by base and bonus, by position, geography, years of experience, sector, assets under management, and more. Personal Salary’s database is completely anonymized with all personally identifiable information stored securely and privately. Personal Salary was created in 2019 by real estate executive Frank Cohen, Managing Partner of Sheridan Road Properties.
