Ronni Deserto, Esq. brings with her over a decade of experience as an attorney, working for both law firms and in-house teams. As an experienced attorney, she brings her legal expertise to both her clients and candidates. She specializes in law firm and in-house placements at all levels, and partners with her clients to build out their legal team, identifying top talent for their needs. She serves as an advisor on the legal industry, compensation, and overall talent strategy. Ronni has a high level of understanding of the legal space which has helped allow her to separate herself in the legal recruiting landscape. Ronni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Bucknell University, and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
