Kiah Jones is a Business Partner, HR Executive, Business Development Leader and Recruiter with 20+ years of expertise in managing professional business relationships. Kiah spent 7+ years specializing in the strategic training and placement of HR professionals on a national basis before becoming the Chief Strategy Officer at a staffing start-up where Kiah’s role was crucial through its start-up phase and growth from 10M to 20M+.

After a combined history of 50+ years in the staffing and talent management industries focused on training and development, Kiah Jones and Karen Robinson joined forces to create K+K Reset, LLC, an HR Consulting and Outsourcing firm. As partners, their experience includes but is certainly not limited to growing start ups to maturity, generating cost savings through team optimization and retention programs, reducing risk and liability through training programs, and instituting initiatives to build and maintain culture within corporate structures.
