Kathleen Anderle

Kathleen “Kat” Anderle provides support for Jackson Lucas’ consulting and executive search activities. Prior to joining Jackson Lucas, Kat was Associate Vice President at Rhodes Associates where she supported the Senior Managing Partner and additional members of the Executive team. Before that, she was Director of Administration as well as EA to the President and COO for 14 years at FJC Security Services, a privately owned security company with over 4,000 employees. Kat is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
