Jane Lyons has over 30 years of experience in executive search and organizational consulting. Throughout her illustrious career, Jane has helped leading real estate firms worldwide recruit top executives and entire teams. Her expertise spans across sectors including banking, commercial lending, investment, and private and public owner/developers. Jane is also a dedicated mentor, actively guiding young professionals in real estate and frequently speaking at Columbia University and NYU. She has served as president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) New York and contributes to the Urban Land Institute's Retail Council, Pension Real Estate Association, and Mortgage Bankers Association.
