Edite Agolli is a seasoned professional in alternative asset management, specializing in servicing hedge fund clientele. With a solid foundation in hedge fund risk management, she has spent much of her career closely collaborating with investment teams.

Edite’s journey in the buyside arena began with notable tenures at Amaranth Advisors and Highbridge Capital Management. Her extensive experience in supporting investment teams sparked a newfound interest, leading to a successful pivot into recruiting. Today, Edite excels in partnering with hedge fund clients and asset managers, expertly identifying talent needs across diverse investment strategies. She also focuses on senior executive and C-suite hiring through retained executive search in both public and private markets.

Edite holds a degree in Finance from Iona College and is a CAIA Level II candidate. A perpetual learner, she is deeply inspired by influential figures in Finance and Tech. She avidly reads about innovative topics, technological advancements, and thought leadership. Fluent in Albanian and Italian, Edite is passionate about languages and aspires to master French and Portuguese.
