Chris Lillis

Chris comes to Jackson Lucas with over 15 years' experience in Recruitment across Investment Banking and broader Financial Services, having worked in both in-house and executive search. He has spent the majority of his career recruiting for Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity firms.

Before joining Jackson Lucas, he worked in-house at both PJT Partners and UBS Investment Bank, having conducted searches across M&A Advisory, Restructuring, Private Placements, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capitals Markets, and Shareholder Advisory/Activism Defense. He also spent 5 years with Two Sigma Investments advising internal clients and leading searches across Quantitative Research. He graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Communications.
