Chris Lillis

Chris comes to Jackson Lucas with over 15 years experience in recruiting across Financial Services, having worked in both corporate and executive search. He has spent the majority of his career recruiting for advisory focused Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Private Equity firms.

Before joining Jackson Lucas, he worked in-house most recently at PJT Partners, recruiting for Investment Banking and Distribution professionals. Prior to that, he spent 5 years with Two Sigma Investments advising internal clients and  leading searches across their Quantitative Research, Portfolio Management, and Trading teams.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Chris now lives in New York City with his wife Erin. He graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Communications.
