Victoria Whittaker

Victoria Whittaker is a social impact leader with 17 years of experience spanning nonprofit, affordable housing, and business sectors. She brings a natural ability to connect deeply with people, understand what organizations truly need, and strategically match exceptional leaders to the right opportunities.

Victoria has worked in affordable housing as Program Director at Low Income Investment Fund and as Director of Resident Services and Director of People at Lincoln Avenue Capital, where she focused on building new programs, developing people and culture functions, and coaching executives through complex organizational challenges. At Jackson Lucas, she partners closely with organizations across the country to place leaders who drive both impact and culture.

Victoria holds a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University and an MBA with a focus in Social Sector Leadership from UC Berkeley Haas. Born and raised in San Bernardino, CA, she splits her time between Honolulu and Los Angeles.
