Matt Jagodrinski

Matt Jagodrinski has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate executive search. Matt's background has been solely focused on executive recruiting of top real estate executives in the investment grade real estate area. Prior to joining Jackson Lucas, he worked for 2020 Foresight and Crown Advisors, two of the largest retained real estate search firms in the country.

Over the course of his career, Matt has placed hundreds of executives in a wide range of executive level positions. He has placed real estate executives within banks, pension funds, developers, investors, REITs, construction firms, and financial services firms, and has completed searches in most major metro markets across the United States. Matt and his wife live in Pittsburgh with their two children.
