Frick Jones

Frick Jones leads the Investment Banking practice at Jackson Lucas, based in Stamford, CT. He conducts a broad range of senior-level searches across the financial services industry. His areas of search expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, restructuring, and debt and equity capital markets. Frick has over 15 years of experience in search with both corporate and executive search firms. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lucas, he was a Director in the Investment Banking practice at Options Group. In an earlier role he was a Manager at Allegis Global Solutions (RPO), running searches for Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Finance. He started his career at Bristol Consulting focusing on Market and Banking. Frick graduated from Hamilton College and lives in Connecticut with his wife and three daughters.
