Debi Damesek has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search and HR Consulting. Debi’s background has been focused on connecting top talent to senior roles in financial services including Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, Secondaries, Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Investment Banking.

Debi has managed searches for small and large, public and private companies. She has placed talent across various disciplines including investment professionals, sales and relationship managers, investor relations, bankers, wealth advisors, private bankers, the C-suite and Human Resources. She takes a consultative approach with clients and candidates and focuses on building strong and long-lasting relationships. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lucas, Debi conducted in-house recruiting for Deloitte Consulting, Lehman Brothers, Bridgewater, Credit Suisse and BlackRock, and worked on the agency side at Stanton Advisors.
