Job Summary
As an Associate, you will support the senior recruiting team in the sourcing of qualified candidates, with a constant eye on providing a diverse slate of candidates. You will source external candidates for specific roles that are requested by our clients and in some cases, you will manage through the interview process. Duties/Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates via online advertising, referrals, networking, databases, competitor websites, and other proactive approaches

Focusing on building diverse candidate pipelines

Building, developing, and maintaining in-house candidate database and talent pools e.g. candidate/job tracking systems

Managing and reacting efficiently to the clients’ expectations including targeted talent and fast turnaround

Providing regular updates to the Recruitment Partners on the strength of direct talent pools

Conducting ad hoc project work from time to time

Ensuring direct sourcing strategies are agreed upon and channels identified to deliver against specific requirements

Adding candidates to the Client’s Careers Site when necessary

Creating talent pools and doing direct reach out on LinkedIn by creating projects for specific roles

Screening candidates and doing write-ups for clients or senior recruiters

Additional Requirements

Strategic sourcing experience is beneficial

Candidate research and resume mining

Experience managing internal relationships to deliver the necessary outcome

A track record of being proactive, resourceful, responsive, and a self-starter

Ability to manage client relationships and objectives while balancing overall goals

Financial Services or Professional Services recruiting experience highly desirable
