Prior to joining Jackson Lucas, Mark was a Senior Partner and founding member of the Global Financial Services practice at Kingsley Gate. Earlier in his career, he served as President, Americas at Sheffield Haworth Ltd., where he led the management and strategic development of the North America region and founded the firm’s U.S. Corporate Officers practice. He also led the Corporate Officers practice at Sextant Search Partners and was the founding Partner of the Financial Services practice at CTPartners.
Mark brings extensive executive search experience across multiple financial services sectors, including global investment banking, asset management, fintech, and information services. He specializes in board and C-suite placements — including CEO, President, CFO, COO, CCO, CDO, CIO, and Managing Director roles — and is known for building long-term, strategic client partnerships that extend beyond individual mandates.
Outside of his professional work, Mark serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Marvelwood School in Kent, Connecticut. He is also a Past President and long-serving member of the Darien Lions Club.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gettysburg College and is based in New York City.
