Zoe Fanzo is the Deputy COO of Jackson Lucas, overseeing support, research, and administration for the leadership team and coast-to-coast executive search professionals. An original member of the Jackson Lucas team, Zoe joined the partners in 2020, initially serving as the sole recruiting coordinator. Before joining the team, Zoe spent two years in search as a corporate services recruiter. Over the course of her tenure at JL, her operational prowess developed in tandem with the growth of the firm. Today, she proudly leads the team “behind the scenes,” ensuring best practices are established, enforced, and embraced.
