Chris Papa

      Founding Partner

      Chris Papa is one of the Founding Partners of Jackson Lucas. He advises top real estate executives throughout the U.S., is quoted in numerous industry trade publications, and hosts a widely listened-to industry podcast. He is an active member of NAIOP and ULI, where he serves on the National Council of Affordable and Workforce Housing. Additionally, Chris is a Board Member of Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchens, as well as on the Fund Development Committee at HomeRise, and the President of the Montclair State University Real Estate Advisory Board.

      Before transitioning into the search industry in 2004, Chris gained valuable experience in real estate development and the legal field. He holds a B.A. in American Studies from Rutgers University.

      In addition to his professional pursuits, Chris is a proud father to his son, Lucas, and their cat, Luna. He divides his time between the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
