Meet TheTeam
Frank Cohen has worked with Jackson Lucas since founding Personal Salary in 2019. Personal Salary has grown to become the largest online compensation resource for the industry, serving thousands of professionals from hundreds of companies across the country. In addition to Personal Salary, Frank is the Managing Partner of Sheridan Road Properties, a boutique real estate investment and development firm. Prior to Personal Salary he was a Senior Director at Tishman Speyer where he oversaw the repositioning of Rockefeller Center. He graduated from Harvard College and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

For almost 3 decades, Lisa has focused on c-suite talent acquisition, organizational design, board recruitment, succession planning, and compensation strategy. As a trusted advisor to leaders across the real estate and hospitality sectors, she works with owner-developers, private equity firms, hospitality, and investment management firms. Lisa enjoys leading initiatives that focus on mentorship, including hosting the Beyond the Resume Podcast. She is proud to serve on advisory boards for the Urban Land Institute, Project Destined, Fordham Real Estate Institute Executive Advisory Council, Columbia Hospital’s Naomi Berrie Center, and Breakthrough T1D.

Chris Papa is one of the Founding Partners of Jackson Lucas. He advises top real estate executives throughout the U.S., and hosts a widely listened-to industry podcast. He is an active member of NAIOP and ULI, where he serves on the National Council of Affordable and Workforce Housing. Additionally, he is a Board Member of Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchens and the President of the Montclair State University Real Estate Advisory Board. Before transitioning into the search industry in 2004, Chris gained valuable experience in real estate development and the legal field. He holds a B.A. in American Studies from Rutgers University. Chris is a proud father to his son, Lucas, and their cat, Luna. He divides his time between the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
