Job Summary
As a Managing Director, you will be a part of the senior recruiting team in the sourcing of qualified business opportunities across executive search and talent advisory. You will be in charge of developing and executing the company’s business strategies and providing strategic advice to the leadership team. You will also be regularly implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement and the overall success of the company.

Duties/Responsibilities

Delegating responsibilities and supervise the work of team members providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

Managing and reacting efficiently to the clients’ expectations including targeted talent and fast turnaround

Conducting ad hoc project work from time to time

Ensuring direct sourcing strategies are agreed upon and channels identified to deliver against specific requirements

Leading end-to-end executive search and talent advisory projects

Directing teams of recruiters and researchers, ensuring client deadlines are met and met at the highest possible quality

Additional Requirements

8+ years of recruiting experience
-
Strategic sourcing experience is beneficial

Experience conducting searches for diverse talent

Experience managing internal and external client relationships to deliver the necessary outcome

A track record of being proactive, resourceful, responsive, a self-starter and good ethical judgment

Ability to manage client relationships and objectives while balancing overall goals

Excited to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment without a lot of structure but the ability to tap into operational best practices when needed

Financial Services, Real Estate, or Professional Services recruiting experience highly desirable
